What is processed

When you apply, the panel processes your Minecraft Java username, application status, submission time, and request IP address. The request IP is used for rate limiting and security audit records.

Why it is processed

This information is used only to review whitelist access, prevent abuse, operate the Minecraft network, and investigate administrative actions.

Where it is kept

Application records are stored on the self-hosted Kheepy server. They are not sold or used for advertising. Administrative audit history is bounded, while application records remain until the network administrator removes them.

Your choices

You do not need to submit an application if you do not want this information processed. To ask about or remove an existing application, contact the network administrator and include your Minecraft username—never send your private tracking code publicly.
